ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES 

Once an order is placed we will not cancel the purchase please ensure your information is correct we spell when placing your order please double check that your extension length and texture as well as quantity are correct as you will receive what you order. 

For sanitation reasons we cannot accept returns on hair/lash products please verify your mailing address is up-to-date and correct as we are not responsible for any mistakes in your personal information. 

(Mistakes included but are not limited to missing or incorrect house numbers or a misspelling of your street name) 

 Shipping Information: 

All orders will be shipped on Tuesdays. Weekend orders will be processed on Saturdays and Mondays and will be placed for shipment the following Tuesday. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your payment to be processed(certain payment processes will take longer). All products will be shipped through FedEx, UPS and USPS. It may take 2 to 3 business days to receive once the tracking number has been emailed. 

Orders take 2 to 3 business days to process before your order is shipped. Custom wig orders can take 5 to 7 business days to process, customize, package and ship. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped and you have received your tracking number sent via email with your proof of purchase attached to the Anah Brooks Company will not resume responsibility for the order once the postal service marks it as delivered. If at that time there are any issues regarding receipt of your order; those matters are to be resolved with your local Postal Service. 

All international orders may require additional processing time; it is not the responsibility of the Pretty Pink Network to cover the cost of any additional fees or taxes inquired by the customer's local government when importing goods. 

Any purchases made at our website returned to the Anah Brooks Company due to unpaid charges will not be issued any refund and re-shipping fees will apply.
